Kick em up cans rules

Kick Em Up Cans

~Forward Motion at ALL TIMES!!
~Please stay out of the alley way when horses are running
~No Dress Code (but keep it appropriate)
~Late Entries taken day of Event with $15 late fee per horse per weekend.
~Late entries will be taken up to 1 hour before each race.
~Door Prizes throughout the weekend.
~If you lose your hat you will pay the barrel setter $5.oo
~Payback is 100% of added money and 70% of entry fees
~Must be present for awards or have someone to pick them up for you.
~No awards will be mailed
~ Average awards will be given in all divisions
~4D average awards through 6th place
~Senior Average awards to 1st place in each D
~Junior average awards to 1st in each D
~Pee Wees everyone will receive an award

~Pee Wees are to be run with no assistance
~Make checks payable to Kick Em Up Cans.

~Rider and horse must run in given draw order. If not run in correct order results in Disqualification
~ NO REFUNDS NO EXPECTATIONS EXCEPT FOR MEDICAL OR VET RELEASE
~WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ENTRY FOR ANY REASON
~Inappropriate behavior by contestants or spectators will be required to leave the fairgrounds (if this happens there will be no refunds)

~Vet/doctor release required, 80% refund on all entries

Rancher

~Rancher is for horses and or riders that anticipate clocking slower than a 4D time (5D or slower) for what ever reason.

~Class is run as a 2D with a whole second split.

~If anyone in the class runs faster than a 5D time you will be fined a $10.00 speeding ticket and your time and entry fee will be rolled to the open 4D open.
